Shipping Costs

Our Eusko Shop applies varying delivery costs depending on the destination. When you combine items from different collections, you will see the final delivery cost on the checkout page. If an item is out of stock at your selected location, we will fulfill the order by delivering from the next closest available stock.
We deliver from USA, UK, Canada and Europe.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, VAT or other charges.

It typically takes 1-2 days to fulfill an order before it’s shipped out.
The shipping time varies depending on your location, but typical shipping times are as follows:
EU: 2-​7 business days
USA: 5-9 business days
International: 5-25 business days
Please note that the estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee. There may be delays for reasons such as products availability, customs inspections, weather conditions, service disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances. As far as the delivery of product(s) is handled by our service providers, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date

Shipments may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. End recipient is responsible for paying these fees.
We highly recommend including your phone number in the order – this will minimize the risk of an order being lost in transit.

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
1- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
2- Ask your local post office if they have your package.
3- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise — ​If you’re expecting a home delivery and you know you won’t be home to accept it, use an address where you know you’ll be!
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at support@euskoshop.com with your order number.
If you made a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a new order, but the new order would be at your expense.

We cannot guarantee or predict any additional charges for duties/customs that may arise during the shipment of your items.  Our products are shipped from one of our warehouses in the USA, UK, Canada and Europe depending on the availability of the goods at the time of order

How are your products made?

We work with reliable, high-quality print-on-demand drop shippers. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently! 

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at support@euskoshop.com.

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged or is not the item you had
ordered. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at support@euskoshop.com within a weeks’ time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Which currencies can I shop in?

You can only shop with euro currency. All your purchases in EUR and the prices of items will be displayed in EUR.

If you pay by debit card or credit card, your card will be charged when you place your order.
