Orders & Purchases

Depending on the delivery option you selected at checkout, we’ll email you a tracking link after your order has been shipped.

Follow this link to check the status of your order. We can also send you notifications about any important updates regarding your order – just make sure you’ve opted into notifications.

Changed your mind, or gave the wrong address at checkout? No worries, we’ve all done it. As long as your order hasn’t processed or shipped, you can make changes to it.

You’ll first want to pull up your order. If you placed your order while logged in to your account, login and choose Your Account from the drop-down menu under your username. On your Account page, select Orders from the left-hand side, and find the order you’d like to update from your Order History.

Canceling your order is the last thing we want to do but some situations come up where cancellation is the best option to save you time and money. If your order is canceled, you won’t be charged. Find more information about auth holds.

We will send you an email if any part of your order is canceled or if we need more information to process your order.

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at support@euskoshop.com

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged or is not the item you had
ordered. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at support@euskoshop.com within a weeks’ time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Account

In the event you forget a password for your computer, email, or social media accounts, you can reset your password directly through the system or application you’re using. In most cases, you can reset your password by answering a series of security questions or by requesting an email that contains a password reset link.

To change your password if you’re already logged in:
Click account in the top right 
Select Settings and privacy, then click Settings.
Click Security and login.
Click Edit next to Change password.
Enter your current password and new password.
Click Save Changes.

Returns & Refunds

After submitting your return, please allow at least 1-2 weeks of processing time before checking your refund status.

With some returns, like heavy or bulky items, specialized return methods or delivery companies can help. In these cases, after you start your return on the “Order History” page, you get more instructions.. If you don’t automatically receive a return label, our team or the seller’s support team contacts you.

Shipping & Tracking

Our delivery service is available worldwide for the products offered on this site, with the exception of specific countries that our service providers do not ship to due to legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations. 

Depending on the order’s destination and fulfillment location, you may have to pay customs duties. The custom duties vary depending on the order value, country limits, and other factors. You will be solely responsible to pay all appropriate customs duties at the customs agency.

Our Euskoshop applies varying delivery costs depending on the destination. When you combine items from different collections, you will see the final delivery cost on the checkout page. If an item is out of stock at your selected location, we will fulfill the order by delivering from the next closest available stock.

We deliver from USA, UK, Canada and Europe.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, VAT or other charges

It typically takes 2-7 days to fulfill an order before it’s shipped out.

The shipping time varies depending on your location, but typical shipping times are as follows:  

EU: 3-​8 business days  

USA: 5-9 business days  

International: 7-25 business days

Please note that the estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee. There may be delays for reasons such as products availability, customs inspections, weather conditions, service disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances. As far as the delivery of product(s) is handled by our service providers, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.

We deliver from USA, UK, Canada and Europe. 

Shipments may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. End recipient is responsible for paying these fees.

We highly recommend including your phone number in the order – this will minimize the risk of an order being lost in transit.

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
Ask your local post office if they have your package.
Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise — ​If you’re expecting a home delivery and you know you won’t be home to accept it, use an address where you know you’ll be!

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at support@euskoshop.com with your order number.

If you made a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a new order, but the new order would be at your expense.

Payments

You can only shop with euro currency. All your purchases in EUR and the prices of items will be displayed in EUR.

If you pay by debit card or credit card, your card will be charged when you place your order.
